★Nafi Radhi allahu anhu se rivayat hain ki Abdulah bin umar Radhi allahu anhu ne kaha ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya tum mushrikeen ke khilaf karo , dadhi ko chorh do aur moonche qatarwao.Abdullah bin umar Radhi allahu anhuma jab Hajj ya umrah karte to apni dadhi ( haath se) pakadte aur ( muththi) se jo baal zyada hote unhe qatarwa dete.

★नफ़ी रदि अल्लाहु अन्हु से रिवायात है की अब्दुल्लाह बिन उमर रदि अल्लाहु अन्हु ने खह की रसूल अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम ने फ़रमाया की तुम मुशरिकीन के खिलाफ करो ,दाढ़ी को छोढ़ दो और मूंछे क़तरवा लो।अब्दुल्लाह बिन उमर रदि अल्लाहु अन्हुमा जब हज या उमरा करते तो अपनी दाढ़ी (हाथ से )पकड़ते और जो बाल मुट्ठी से ज्यादा होते उन्हें क़तरवा देते।

★عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما رواىت كرتے ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”تم مشرکین کے خلاف کرو، داڑھی چھوڑ دو اور مونچھیں کترواؤ۔“ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما جب حج یا عمرہ کرتے تو اپنی داڑھی (ہاتھ سے) پکڑ لیتے اور (مٹھی) سے جو بال زیادہ ہوتے انہیں کتروا دیتے۔

★Narrated Nafi Radhi allahu anhu :Ibn Umar Radhi allahu anhu said, The Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said, 'Do the opposite of what the pagans do. Keep the beards and cut the moustaches short.' Whenever Ibn `Umar performed the Hajj or `Umra, he used to hold his beard with his hand and cut whatever moustaches. Ibn `Umar used to cut his moustache so short that the whiteness of his skin (above the upper lip) was visible, and he used to cut (the hair) between his moustaches and his beard.
