★Zinaa Kaari tamaam tabqaat mein urooj par thi. Koi tabqa ya insaanon ki koi qism is se mustasna na thi. Albatta kuchh mard aur kuchh auratein aisi zaroor thein jinhein apni badaai ka ehsaas is buraai ke keechad mein lat-pat hone se baaz rakhta tha. Phir aazaad auraton ka haal laundion ke muqaabil nisbatan achhaa thaa. Asal museebat laundian hi thin. Aur aisa lagta hei ke ahl-e-jaahiliyyat ki ghaalib aksariyyat is buraai ki taraf mansoob hone mein koi aar bhi mehsoos nahin karti thi. Chunaanche Sunan-e-Abi Daa'ud waghairah mein marvi hei ke ek dafa ek aadmi ne khade ho kar kahaa "Ya Rasoolullah Sall-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam falaan shakhs meraa beta hai. Mein ne jaahiliyyat mein us ki maa-se zinaa kiya thaa."Rasoolullah ne farmaayaa, "Islam mein aise dawe ki koi gunjaaish nahin. Jaahiliyyat ki baat gai, ab to ladka usi ka hoga jis ki beewi ya laundi ho aur zinaa kaar ke liye patthar hai."

★जिनाकारी तमाम वर्गो में चरम सीमा को पहुंची थी । कोई वर्ग या इंसानो की कोई किस्म इसका अपवाद न थी । अलबत्ता कुछ मर्द और कुछ औरते ऐसी जरूर थी जिन्हें अपनी बड़ाई का एहसास उस बुराई के कीचड़ में लत-पथ होने से रोके रखता था । फिर आज़ाद औरतो का हाल लौंडियों के मुकाबले में ज्यादा बेहतर था । असल मुसीबते लौंडिया ही थी और ऐसा लगता है कि अज्ञानियों का अधिसंख्य इस बुराई में लिप्त होने से कोई संकोच भी नही महसूस करता था , चुनांचे सुनने अबू दावूद आदि में रिवायत है कि एक बार एक आदमी ने खड़े होकर कहा कि ऐ अल्लाह के रसूल सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम ! अमुक व्यक्ति मेरा बेटा है । मैंने अज्ञानता युग में इसकी माँ से जिना किया था । अल्लाह के रसूल सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम ने फरमाया , इस्लाम में ऐसे दावे की कोई गुंजाइश नही , अज्ञानता की बात खत्म हो गयी , अब तो लड़का उसी का होगा जिसकी बीवी या लौंडी हो और ज़िनाकार के लिए पत्थर है

★The obscenity of adultery prevailed almost among all social classes except few men and women whose self-dignity prevented them from committing such an act. Free women were in much better conditions than the female slaves who constituted the greatest calamity. It seemed that the greatest majority of pre-Islam Arabs did not feel ashamed of committing this obscenity. Abu Da’ûd reported: A man stood up in front of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and said: “O Prophet of Allâh! that boy is my son. I had sexual intercourse with his mother in the pre-Islamic period.” The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said: l “No claim in Islam for pre-Islamic affairs. The child is to be attributed to the one on whose bed it was born, and stoning is the lot of a fornicator.”
