Kah do main subah ke RAB ki panah mangta hu

★Kah do mai Subah ke Rabb ki panaah maangta hu, Uski makhlukaat ke buraayi aur andheri raat ki buraayi se jab wo chhaa jaaye , aur girho (gaantho) me fookney waliyo ki buraayi se aur hasad karne walo ki buraayi se jab wo hasad karey.

★कह दो मैं सुबह के रब्ब की पनाह माँगता हूँ, उसकी मखलक़ात की बुराई से, और अंधेरी रात की बुराए से जब वो छा जाए , और गिरहों (गांठों) में फूँकने वालियों की बुराई से,और हसद करने वालों की बुराई से जब वो हसद करे

کہہ دو میں صبح کے رب کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں-اس کی مخلوق کی برائی سے اور  اندھیری رات کی برائی سے جب وہ چھا جائے اور گرہوں میں پھونک مارنے والی جادوگرنیوں کے شر سے اور ہر حسد کرنے والے کے شر سے جب وہ حسد کرے

★Say: I seek refuge with (Allah), the Lord of the daybreak, From the evil of what He has created, And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness, And from the evil of those who practise witchcraft when they blow in the knots and from the evil of the envier when he envies.
