✦Anas Radi Allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Ghzwa e Uhad ke din jab log radi allahu anhu Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ko chorh kar idhar udhar jaane lage to Abu talha Radi allahu anhu us waqt apni ek dhaal (shield) se Aap Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ki hifazat kar rahe they , Hazrat Abu talha radi allahu anhu bade teerandaaz they aur khub achchi tarah teer chalaya karte they ,us din unhone do ya teen kamanein (bows) tod di us waqt agar koi shakshtarkash liye huye guzarta to Aap Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam farmate ke iske teer Abu talha ko de do, Jab Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam jung ka haal maloom karne ke liye thoda upar uth kar dekhte to Abu talha radi allahu anhu arz karte Ya Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam mere maa baap aap par Qurban ho is tarah aap
upar uth kar mulahiza na farmaye kahi koi teer aapko na lag jaye , mera seena Aap Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ke seene ki dhaal bana raha

✦अनस रदि अल्लाहु अन्हु से रिवायत है की गजवा-ए-उहद के दिन जब लोग रसूल अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम को छोड़कर इधर उधर जाने लगे तो अबू तलहा रदि अल्लाहु अन्हु उस वक़्त अपनी एक ढाल से आप सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम की हिफाज़त कर रहे थे , हजरत अबू तलहा रदि अल्लाहु अन्हु बड़े तीरंदाज थे , और खुब अच्छी तरह तीर चलाया करते थे , उस दिन उन्होंने दो या तीन कमाने तोड़ दी , उस वक़्त अगर कोई शख़्स तरकश लिए हुए गुजरता तो आप सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम फरमाते के इसके तीर अबू तलहा को दे दो , जब आप सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम जंग का हाल मालुम करने के लिए थोड़ा ऊपर उठकर देखते तो अबू तलहा रदि अल्लाहु अन्हु अर्ज़ करते या रसूल अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम मेरे माँ बाप आप पर क़ुर्बान हो , इस तरह आप ऊपर उठकर मुलाहिजा ना फरमाये कहि कोई तीर आपको ना लग जाए , मेरा सीना आप सल-अल्लाहु अलैहि वसलम के सीने को ढाल बना रहा

انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ احد کی لڑائی کے موقعہ پر جب صحابہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قریب سے اِدھر اُدھر چلنے لگے تو ابوطلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ اس وقت اپنی ایک ڈھال سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی حفاظت کر رہے تھے۔ ابوطلحہ بڑے تیرانداز تھے اور خوب کھینچ کر تیر چلایا کرتے تھے چنانچہ اس دن دو یا تین کمانیں انہوں نے توڑ دی تھیں۔ اس وقت اگر کوئی مسلمان ترکش لیے ہوئے گزرتا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے کہ اس کے تیر ابوطلحہ کو دے دو۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم حالات معلوم کرنے کے لیے اچک کر دیکھنے لگتے تو ابوطلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ عرض کرتے: یا نبی اللہ! آپ پر میرے ماں باپ قربان ہوں، اچک کر ملاحظہ نہ فرمائیں، کہیں کوئی تیر آپ کو نہ لگ جائے۔ میرا سینہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سینے کی ڈھال بنا رہا-

✦Narrated Anas Radi Allahu anhu On the day of the battle of Uhud, the people ran away, leaving the Prophet (ﷺ) , but Abu- Talha Radi Allahu anhu was shielding the Prophet (ﷺ) with his shield in front of him. Abu Talha was a strong,experienced archer who used to keep his arrow bow strong and well stretched. On that day he broke two or three arrow bows. If any man passed by carrying a quiver full of arrows, the Prophet (ﷺ) would say to him, "Empty it in front of Abu Talha. When the Prophet (ﷺ) stated looking at the enemy by raising his head, Abu Talha said, "O Allah's Prophet! Let my parents be sacrificed for your sake! Please don't raise your head and make it visible, lest an arrow of the enemy should hit you. Let my chest be wounded instead of yours.
