✦Aur Wadi e Hijr mein rahne walo ne Paigambaro ko jhuthla diya, Humne inko apni nishaniyah di aur wo unse munh pherte rahe Aur wo pahado ko tarash kar ghar banate they ki aman mein rahenge To ek sakht aawaz ne unko aa pakda, Aur unke duniyawi hunar unke kuch bhi kaam na aaye.

✦और वादी-ए-हिज्र में रहने वालों ने पैगम्बरों को झुठला दिया , हमने इनको अपनी निशानियां दी , और वो उनसे मुँह फेरते रहे और वो पहाड़ो को तराश कर घर बनाते थे की अमन में रहेंगे , तो एक सख्त आवाज ने उनको आ पकड़ा , और उनके दुनियावी हुनर उनके कुछ भी काम ना आई.
अल~क़ुरान,सूरए हिज्र(15),आयत-80-84

او ربے شک حجر والوں نے رسولوں کو جھٹلایا تھا-اور ہم نے انہیں اپنی نشانیاں بھی دی تھیں پر وہ ان سے روگردانی کرتے تھے-او وہ لوگ پہاڑوں کو تراش کر گھر بناتے تھے کہ امن میں رہیں-پھر انہیں صبح کے وقت سخت آواز نے آ پکڑا-پھر ان کے دنیاوی ہنر ان کے کچھ بھی کام نہ آئے-
القرآن،سورة الحجر(٢٥)،آیت-٨٠-٨٤

✦And verily, the dwellers of Al-Hijr (the rocky tract) denied the Messengers. And We gave them Our Signs, but they were averse to them. And they used to hew out dwellings from the mountains (feeling themselves) secure.But awful cry overtook them in the early morning (of the fourth day of their promised punishment days).And all that they used to earn availed them not.
